Meet the Owner/Founder
Hi my name is Bobbie the Owner and Founder, Simply Dough Co. didn't start in a professional kitchen, It started at my own kitchen table. As a Homeschool mom, I've always found my "Zen" in baking, but everything changed when my son turned five. I was determined to make him the perfect birthday cake, and in that moment of frosting and making spider lines a spark was lit. I realized that I didn't just want to bake, I wanted to create.
While I still love s good cake, I eventually traded the tiers for the precision of custom sugar cookies. There is something about a tiny handheld canvas. I fell in love with the challenge of turning a "Pretty simple" idea into an elegant piece of art. Today my kitchen is a mix of tradition and tech. Between Homeschool lessons and family time you'll find me designing intricate hand-piped sets or using my "Eddie," Direct-to-food printer bringing your logo's and photos to life with crisp stunning detail. Whether is a Birthday Party, Wedding, or Logo cookie I pour the same love into your order as I did for my son's fifth Birthday cake!
