Refund Policy - the basics

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Simply Dough Co.

Because our products are custom-made and perishable, the following policy applies to all orders.

 

Full Payment Requirement

 

Simply Dough Co. requires full payment at the time of ordering to reserve your pickup date.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Orders cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled pickup date may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of Simply Dough Co.

Orders cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date are non-refundable due to preparation, scheduling, and ingredient purchases.

 

Order Changes

Design changes or quantity changes must be requested at least 1 week before pickup and may incur additional charges.

Completed Orders

Once an order has been picked up or delivered, refunds are not available.

 

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with photos and a description of the concern. We will work with you to determine a reasonable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
